Our project focuses on developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including social media management, content creation, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing through Facebook and Instagram ads targeting key luxury markets.

We also manage email marketing, affiliate marketing outreach to luxury resellers, and creative direction for photoshoots and visual assets to ensure brand consistency and premium positioning across all platforms.
02 - Goals & KPI
Our primary goals for Dear Bag are to build brand awareness within the luxury handbag community, drive qualified traffic to the website, and increase online sales, particularly focusing on Hermès bag owners. Our KPIs include increasing social media engagement rate, growing Instagram followers within the luxury niche, achieving a targeted ROAS on paid campaigns, securing at least 5 strategic influencer collaborations per quarter, and driving consistent monthly sales growth through a combination of organic content, paid ads, and affiliate partnerships. Additionally, we aim to establish Dear Bag as the go-to luxury organizer brand for Hermès lovers, measured through brand mentions, UGC creation, and customer testimonials.
