The primary goals were to grow Encer's social media following by 20%, achieve an engagement rate of 5%, and cultivate a highly interactive community. These efforts resulted in a over 300 new followers within the first six months, a 6% engagement rate, and a steadily growing base of loyal, engaged followers who actively interacted with the brand’s content. This work set the foundation for long-term growth and community building for Encer’s social media platforms.
