Key KPIs included growing social media followers by 20% in 3 months, achieving a 5-7% engagement rate, increasing website traffic by 30% with a 3-5% conversion rate, and reaching a 25-30% email open rate that drove 15% of website traffic. Additionally, the focus was on improving subscription renewals by 10% and collecting 100+ customer reviews to enhance credibility and retention.
