01 - Project details

For LivActivewear, I managed a highly successful ambassador program designed to drive sales. Ambassadors purchased products at a 20% discount and earned a 5% profit for each sale they generated, creating a motivated network of brand advocates.

 

This program significantly boosted sales and brand visibility. To support the initiative, I produced professional videos and photos of ambassadors showcasing LivActivewear outfits, reinforcing the brand’s authenticity. Additionally, I developed a Shopify eCommerce platform and built a fitness-focused community to foster engagement and long-term loyalty.

02 - Goals & KPI 

The primary goals were to grow the ambassador program by 30%, achieve a 15% increase in eCommerce sales through ambassador-driven traffic, and build an active fitness community on social media. These efforts resulted in a 40% growth in ambassador participation, a 20% boost in sales from ambassador referrals, and a highly engaged online community with consistent interactions and content sharing, solidifying LivActivewear's position as a community-driven brand.
